LEEDING THE CHARGE

We need to offer our congrats to Martin Archtectural Group's principal Mike Rosen (center), who just earned his LEED AP for neighborhood development—a newer USGBC designation that only 66 people worldwide actually have. It expands LEED's scope, from an individual building into how it fits into the context of acommunity. No word on whether Martin is planning to design a new city with flying cars in the near future.
