Developer Seeking Tenants For Former Bloomingdale Trail Factory Space

The landlord of a 69k SF former industrial facility near the western end of The 606 is looking for tenants. Don Glisovich and two partners from Marc Realty bought the building, a former Lincoln Logs factory at 1750 N Lawndale located along the Bloomingdale Trail, in January and listed 20k SF available for tenants. Glisovich says he and his partners were attracted by the history of the building and its location near the 606, which opened in June. Developers are already looking past Bucktown and into Humboldt Park for future projects along the trail. [DNA]
