Developers at ProLogis have done some of the year's biggest industrial deals, eg, the 218k-SF deal for Sanyo Logistics Corp. in ProLogis Park 55. The company resumed development activities in 3Q this year, but it's also working on a new initiative to install solar panels on existing and new buildings in its 18 worldwide markets, says First VP John Picchiotti, here with SVP Dave Riefe.
