Andy's hit list of recent deals includes Astellas' 446k SF build-to-suit HQ in Northbrook and Coyote Logistics' 166k SF in the Green Exchange Building. He can vouch for offices' downtown migration, but says sectors like healthcare and education that need to be near the customer will keep the suburbs chugging along.
