Three New Suburban Offices

CBRE's Mark Smith and Mike Graham represented Crossroads Development Partners in the leasing of 23k SF to three new tenants at Woodfield Corners Office Center, 1300 E. Woodfield Rd. in Schaumburg. The tenants are: Ericsson, a new lease for 12k SF, repped by Cushman & Wakefield's Steve BauerStenograph, 9k SF repped by Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler's Steve Kling  and Kelly Joyce; and Meadoworks, 2k SF and repped by GC Realty & Development. This success still leaves one riddle: With its unique design, exactly how many corners does Woodfield Corners have?
