Leopardo Construction  recently completed the build out of a 40k-SF office space for Envestnet,  a wealth advisory company. The one and a half-floor space is at the Capone-era Jeweler's Building  at 35 E. Wacker (but no secrets were tossed in the river during the build out). Baumann Studios  served as architect and DUS Management repped ownership.

 

Envestnet's  new corporate headquarters includes high-end finishes such as French limestone and organic French walnut veneered wall panels. Employees also enjoy Pivot doors, red-oak stained parquet flooring and full-height glass interior office partitions. Looks almost as comfortable as working from home!
