Leopardo Construction recently completed the build out of a 40k-SF office space for Envestnet, a wealth advisory company. The one and a half-floor space is at the Capone-era Jeweler's Building at 35 E. Wacker (but no secrets were tossed in the river during the build out). Baumann Studios served as architect and DUS Management repped ownership. |
Envestnet's new corporate headquarters includes high-end finishes such as French limestone and organic French walnut veneered wall panels. Employees also enjoy Pivot doors, red-oak stained parquet flooring and full-height glass interior office partitions. Looks almost as comfortable as working from home! |
