| The tower may be the only one under construction in the CBD this year. VOA designed the structure, which will be connected to the Auditorium Building at 425 S. Wabash. The project will pursue LEED certification, with features such as a green roof, recycled and sustainable building materials, energy and water efficiencies, and attention to indoor environmental quality. The groundbreaking also celebrated the University's 65th anniversary. |
