| The John Marshall Law School Center for Real Estate Law held a "teach-in" last week, where adjunct faculty members demonstrated real estate law teaching techniques to each other. Holland and Knight's Peter Friedman and Friedman Properties' Jason Friedman(right) are new adjuncts, teaching a class on historic preservation. They learned from Drinker Biddle & Reath?s Sandy Stein and Madigan & Getzendanner's Harold Hicks how to create a syllabus, teach negotiation techniques, and encourage class participation. Students are back to school August 24 (assuming their professors have done their homework). |
