| Englander Bedding Co purchased the former SK Hand Tool Corp.facility at 3535 W 47th St. Chicago Industrial Real Estate's Matt Rogatz repped the buyer, and Colliers International's Tom Condonand Vern Schultz repped the seller. The 159k SF warehouse is an expansion for the bedding company, which had its best year ever in 2010, Matt says. He's holding not a regular deck of cards, but his business cards, complete with his picture. |
