SCHMOOZE PART II

We just couldn't fit all the fun from last Wednesday's BisnowSchmoozarama  at Fulton's into one issue! Here's Englewood Construction's Loreen AngusKim Redmond, and Kim Sawyer celebrating their latest project, a learning center  for State Farm Insurance  at Clark and Diversey. The center will allow customers to discuss insurance options in a casual, coffeehouse setting. Loreen tells us Englewood plans to hand over the keys  early next quarter.
 

One of Bisnow's first sponsors was US High Speed Rail's  Thomas Hart, whom we caught catching up with Quarles & Brady's Sandy Stein. The two are excited about a grant that will help create high-speed rail from Chicago to Detroit and expect to see 220 mph  rail from Chicago to Champaign sometime soon (making it just a 45-minute  journey). They also invited Bisnow fans to their Chicago event, June 1 through 3 at the Marriott Mag Mile.
