RIVERWOODS GOES GREEN

Green Building Initiative bestowed three globes on Riverwoods Corporate Center last week. Podolsky Northstar CORFAC Intl?s Randy Podolsky  and Irgens Development Partners Jim Bentz and Heidi Berres showed off their new plaque for the center, a 46k-SF office at 2610 Lake Cook Rd in Riverwoods; it earned more than  80% of the 1000 points on the Green Globes scale. Say what you want about 5-star hotels, we'd rather be in a building with 800 points.
