We snapped Marc Realty principal Jerry Nudo with Fifth Third Bank's Bill Suenkens and MC Five Mile's Sean O'Malley. Jerry says the downtown office market seems to be picking up a little. The suburbs are a challenge, but MR is still making deals. It’s a great time to be in the market for financing, he adds, with rates low, lenders plentiful, and a markedly improved situation from a year or two ago. Jerry’s daughter just graduated from the University of Michigan. She already has a job lined up for July and Jerry’s celebrating having all the kids off the payroll. (Don’t be shocked if you see him out and about on a new motorcycle.)
