| It’s been two years, but Thompson National Properties’ Darryll Goodmanhas finally found a way to restructure the financing on the office tower at 123 N Wacker. (Good restructuring comes to those who wait.) | |||
| Darryll (second from right, with JF McKinney’s Andrea Saewitz, Jack McKinney Sr., Carey King, Chris McKinney, Ruby Triplett, and Jack McKinney Jr.) says the new financing from a group of 35 investorswill be important in getting the 30-story office tower up from 80% to 100% leased. The biggest space left in the building is this 44k SFthree-story penthouse. (Bonus: an interior stairwell. Jay Gatsby would blush.) The JF McKinney team hosted an open house for brokers last night; they expect the space to lease quickly now that the building has steady financing. | |||
The space was formerly leased to Mann Financial, which bought out its lease about two months ago. It's also been formerly leased by insurance giant Aon. This is the only property Thompson National manages in downtown Chicago, and it contains one of the largest contiguous spaces available on Wacker Drive. | |||
