Reed Construction has completed a 30,000 square foot build out at 125 S. Wacker Drive. Additions include  new fitness center with locker rooms, conference rooms and a management office, as well as 15,000 square feet of new office suites, on the 2nd to 12th floors. The building is managed by Tishman Speyer.  Bryan Kreuger and John Sisco  managed the build-out. Fitzgerald Earles Architects provided the design work. With its new improvements, maybe one day it will stack up to its next-door neighbor the Sears ?Is anybody really going to say Willis?? Tower.
