ML Realty Partners Re-Leases Update

ML Realty Partners EVP Peter Harmon tells us the industrial investment firm had an amazing Q4, which includes major activity in the Midwest and The Port of Houston’s Port Crossing Commerce Center. New lease transactionsinclude Overland Distribution for 206k SF at the Port of Houston; Flo-Rite Products signed a 127k SF lease in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and IMS Cos for 107k SF. New leases in Illinois also include Pull’R Solutionsfor 76k SF in Schaumburg; Nielsen & Bainbridge for 184k in Bridgeview; and Pack Rat for 39k SF in Bolingbrook. Axelent inked the first lease at Heritage Crossing Corporate Center in Lockport; Nexius Solutions took 49k SF in Milwaukee; Presstek expanded another 39k SF in Des Plaines, and Chicago American Manufacturing is staying put at 4400 Kolmar in Chicago for 45k SF.
