The new two-building Clarius McCook Business Park   broke ground this week with FCL Builders's Randy Lindenberg and Mike Mrachek, Clarius Partners Ryan O'Neill, Steve Duncan, Kevin Matzke, McCook Mayor Jeffrey Tobolski, FCL's Mike Boro, Fred Johanns, Clarius' Taivo Tammaru, Ware Malcomb's Eric Johnson, FCL's Dave Michaelsen, Mike Maines, Dean O?Brien, and Nicolson Porter & List's Adam Stokes  and  Mark Barbato  pitching in. The complex will total 369k-SF.
