MB Real Estate: Coyote In The Office

MB Real Estate SVP David Graff and EVP Andrew Davidson tell us a story becoming more evident every day: Millennials are not attached to personal office status symbols like Baby Boomers were. Still, there's plenty of money being invested into office build-outs and renovations, with refreshing and innovative ideas keeping the sector from dating itself. The old guard with the money knows it must get creative with office space in order to attract and keep young talent. Case in point: MB Real Estate just did a relocation and large expansion for Coyote Logistics. Its new penthouse space is called The Den, a unique social and meeting space (focusing on collaboration). Also recently completed is Heartland Alliance, a non-profit that went from a very closed to a somewhat open environment.
