She's taking care of 19.1M SF over 261 buildings, and 7,246 acres. This includes office space, eight breweries, grain elevators, a barley research facility, and a farm hops and barley farm. When Miller and Coors JV'd in 2008, they decided not to house the new HQ in either company's hometown. Now their new HQ at 250 S Wacker keeps expanding—presently four floors (plus a bar).
Newmark Knight Frank's Bob Hess polled the audience and found about half the companies are in growth mode. He says his company has been repping tenants in the healthcare and technology industries, like Trizetta and Elekta. Bob says private equity firms, which own or control about one-third of American businesses, are growing quickly, but corporations have to stop sitting on their cash for new development to begin.
 
Ted Moudis and Associates' Diana Pisone (right, with Total Office's Courtney Pirosko and Contract Resource's Kurt Vogel) was happy to report that the architect designed its own offices at 221 N LaSalleand just moved into them. The new office incorporates an open format with new technology to match the firm's New York and London offices.
