Linking In

The Chicago real estate LinkedIn group traded in social networking for in-person  Wednesday at LaSalle Power House. We snapped Tammen Group's Jennifer Tammen, Latimer LeVay Jurasek's Barb Andersen, and Preferred Development's Joe Padorr. Joe is marketing 14k SF of the Southport Collection, formerly Red Tomato restaurant, near Southport and Roscoe. Preferred also recently purchased a 100k-SF distressed shopping center   in Fort Wayne, Ind.
 
Aries Multifamily's Ryan Welsh schmoozed with Barnett Capital's Daniel Sobelman and Stewart Title's  Sal Cucinella. Ryan recently bought a handful of small multifamily buildings around the city, including Rogers Park for $750k.
