King Jameson Edition

Jameson's Commercial division has been around since the company started in the 1980s, but it's nearly doubled in the last year, adding 12 new agents in the past month when Helios Realty's commercial group joined the firm.
 
We managed to get most of Jameson's 35-member team in one shot at their North Avenue offices yesterday. Working on everything from distressed multifamily sales to neighborhood and downtown retail to industrial investment sales, the team hovers mostly in the $1M to $2M deal range and mostly in Chicago, although clients have taken them all over the country. Jameson has also recently added a business brokerage practice that helps buy and sell nightclubs,bars, and  restaurants with or without real estate.
Jameson's Andrew and Joe MagliochettiKatie WhelanMike CostanzoJennifer FitzpatrickChris IrwinMark Kishtow, and Matthew Katsaros all joined the firm in the last 18 months. Katie recently closed on leases for Akira retail space at Old Orchard Mall and office space on Willow and Elston. Jennifer was named exclusive leasing agent for Northbridge Mall on the Mag Mile; Chris signed a new lease with the Sweetwater Restaurant Group at 100 S. Wacker; and Joe is closing on two industrial sales this week. In the coming year, Jameson president Mike Sato and principal Harry Huzenis  tell us they hope to grow their office practice and attract even more brokers.
