How Rightsize Does Spec

We can’t stop fantasizing about Bisnow sponsor Rightsize Facility Performance’s spec office suite it displayed at our Chicago Creative Office Summit last week. Ruth Minnick, who designed the space with Shannon Filo, tells us it wanted to portray a versatile and agile workspace. The conference table has multiple seating options and multimedia hookups, there’s backside storage with a lounge seating area, and the multi-use furniture includes fun extras like USB ports and outlets. For some variation during the day, there’s also a standing height Starbucks-style countertop with filing underneath. “People are spending longer hours at work, so we want them to have multiple ways to be efficient and comfortable in an aesthetically pleasing space,” she says.
