Chicago Title Insurance Co's Frank Adamo (in national commercial services) caught this 34" muskie while pan-fishing in May a few years back in Vilas County, Wis.—aka "The Northwoods"—on Big Arbor Vitae Lake. They might call the muskie the fish of 10,000 casts, but it only took Frank three. As the only national construction disbursing unit at Chicago Title, Frank's working on business development around the country. He's seeing a construction boom in the Western US, especially Arizona, California, and Colorado, he tells us.

This one was too big to fit in the picture. Here's a striped marlin caught off the coast of Kona, Hawaii, by Drew Fowler, 13. OK, he had a little help from dad Dan Fowler, CEO of Near North National Title. Dan was a proud dad that day. Near North recently acquired three title companies, expanding its operations to five offices, Dan says. In Chicago the firm is seeing renewed interest in downtown large-scale projects, including: the Chicago Spire; client Related Midwest's 111 W Wacker Dr and 500 N Lake Shore Dr; and the upcoming development of client The John Buck Co's 200 N Michigan.
