| Stream Data Centers started construction on a new 20k SF spec Richardson Private Data Center after seeing demand for data centers outpacing supply, Stream SVP Anthony Bolner tells us. | ||
| There are many corporate users with a large presence in Dallas that have a need for a more critical infrastructure, Anthony says. The single-story structurally enhanced building contains 10k SF of 36"raised floor data center space. The data center facility is being built to Tier III+ standards and will include dual feed power from separate substations, 175 watts per SF of critical load, and a 2N electrica/ N+1 mechanical configuration. The data center will be available for occupancy in August, and can be divided into four quadrants or controlled by a single tenant. | ||
