More than 32 players repping 25 real estate companies gathered last week at Johnny’s Ice House West for their 4th Annual Broker Hockey Classic. NAI Hiffman VP and event co-founder Brian Edgerton tells us the event took in about $10,000, the proceeds of which will be split between Chicago Blackhawk Charities and the Inner City Education (ICE) program. Though scorekeeping was questionable, the game was tight, fast-paced, and a good time was had by all. (We hear the Red Team emerged victorious.) The industry has a surprising amount of hockey talent, going all the way up to D-I college players, Brian says.
