Yup, they’re still billionaires. Chicago commercial real estate folks that dotted the Forbes list of the richest people on the planet last year are back again this year, and here’s how their net worths fared.

  • Sam Zell, the most quotable real estate icon on earth, moved from $4B to $4.3B (though dropped from No. 329 to No. 345 on the list)

  • Rivers Casino mastermind Neil Bluhm moved from $2.2B to $2.5B (dropping from No. 670 to No. 687 on the list)

  • The Pritzkers are back thanks to Hyatt, with JB again leading the Chicago pack at No. 520 with $3.1B, up from $3B (but down from No. 458 on the list)
