Bank of America  has named Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler exclusive marketing agent of  Beverly Place, a mixed-use development at 1824 W. 103rd Street in Chicago. CBK's  Gregory J. Pacelli  and  Mark Dolemba  will lead the marketing efforts.  The asking price is $2.8 million. The development consists of a 23k-SF,three-story brick building and partially improved land site. The 4k-SF first floor is zoned for retail use, while the second and third floors are zoned residential with ten 1 and 2-bedroom condo units. Behind the building is a land site with 28 partially improved townhouse lots.
