Ryan Companies US has named Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler the exclusive marketing rep for the Rosemont Corporate Center. The 119k-SF building is being developed through a jv between Ryan Companies and The Harp Group. CBK's Francis Prock and Steve Kling will handle the assignment for Ryan. Construction on the building, slated to be LEED-Gold, began in December ’08. |
