Bisnow congratulates Langehaumer Construction’s Brian Courtney (snapped shooting hoops at the office) on winning our NCAA bracket challenge! (He wins eternal bragging rights, this priceless publicity, and free tix to upcoming events.) Brian plans to celebrate the big win by raiding the fridge at work and enjoying a few beers with coworkers. One of Langehaumer’s most interesting projects on the docket: the build-out of a market research facility that serves the grocery industry and includes a full-scale mock-up of a grocery store with observation areas, focus group room, and A/V for monitoring throughout. (1984, anyone?) The firm recently completed build-outs for an MOB, server room relo/expansion, and loft collaborative office space.
