Bear Construction Roars

Bear Construction EVP Scott Kurinsky tells us the company is seeing an influx of work as a result of Google’s Motorola Mobility deal at the Merchandise Mart. There is plenty of backfill to do with tenants being moved to make room for the big new neighbor. Bear is big, too, hence it’s encouraging slogan: Build with the Best, Build with Bear. It is just finishing an 80k SF project for Chicago Title and Trust  as well as a 110k SF relocation for SmithBucklin. An additional 70k SF is also under way for Harris & Harris.
