Another lease at Highland

The   NAIOP Suburban Office Development of the Year—Highland Landmark V building in Downers Grove—keeps proving why it's the champ, with Dover Corporation, a manufacturer of industrial products, snapping up 69k-SF. Highland is the last in a series of buildings developed by Opus North Corp. CBRE's Gary Fazzio represented Opus, and Studley's Robert SevimJoe Learner, and Jon Azulay repped Dover. The tenant will move in to the second and third floors this summer '10.
