353 N. Clark Sold

Tishman Speyer acquired 353 N. Clark in a deal where financial terms were not disclosed (but Crain's reports to be $385M). The 46-story, 1.2M SF  LEED Gold office tower includes anchor tenants Jenner & Block  and Mesirow Financial.
 
Mesirow Financial Real Estate developed the tower, which was completed a year ago this month. Tishman's Casey Wold  called the tower a "great addition" to our office portfolio and said the acquisition "demonstrates our confidence in the Chicago market."
