Plantation Estates Slated for Expansion

Plantation Estates is poised to break ground on an expansion, 733 Plantation Estates Dr in Matthews, that will more than double its size. Currently the property, which is owned by ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, totals about 575k SF on 57 acres. It includes 360 individual living units as well as assisted-living and skilled-nursing offerings, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. The expansion will add 875k SF of facilities in a new 45-acre section. [CBJ]
