Taylor/Theus Holdings purchased a five-acre parcel on University City Boulevard between UNC Charlotte and Harrisburg. The buyer has plans to develop a three-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility and a second storage building for larger items such as cars and boats, the Charlotte Business Journal reports.
In tandem with the self-storage development, MPV Properties and Tribek Properties plan to develop and sell three outparcels in front of a proposed and zoned 12-acre, grocery-anchored center. The remaining land can include as much as 125k SF of retail. MPV's Bailey Patrick, Nolan Mills and Bailey Patrick Jr. repped the seller, Tridolph. [CBJ]
