Denver-based Vetwerx Inc, a veterinary clinic, inked a 3,300 SF lease for street-level retail space at the 336-unit SkyHouse Uptown apartment tower, which is under construction in Uptown Charlotte. The practice specializes in opening in urban areas, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. Atlanta-based Novare Group, Grubb Properties and Batson-Cook Development are developing SkyHouse at the corner of North Church and West 10th streets. [CBJ]
