Northwood Ravin started work on Providence Row, a 326-unit apartment development near the corner of Providence and Fairview roads. The project is slated for occupancy by mid-2018, and will include a raft of common amenities, such as a 20k SF club for residents that will include a wine room with a tasting area and wine lockers; a fitness and spa area with a sauna, a steam room and a massage room; a social room with billiards, shuffleboard and a golf simulator; and a large outdoor patio overlooking a football field-sized central courtyard.

The project is next to Pinehurst on Providence, another Northwood Ravin property; the developer acquired the 407-unit Pinehurst on Providence for $45M in 2014, and is demolishing 152 existing units to make way for the Providence Row project, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. The remaining 255 units at Pinehurst on Providence are undergoing interior and exterior renovations. [CBJ]
