Providence Plaza Trades for $26M

Armada Hoffler Properties Inc inked a deal to acquire the 103k SF Providence Plaza mixed-use development for more than $26M. Located at the corner of Providence and Sharon Amity roads in Charlotte, the three-building complex is 97% occupied, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. The site includes 54k SF of office space and 49k SF of retail space as well as a two-story parking garage with 256 spaces. An adjacent, undeveloped parcel that's currently used for surface parking was also part of the sale. [CBJ]
