Recently Jordan and colleagues Marc Robinson and Watson Bryant of MHA’s Charlotte office repped the sellers in the two separate apartment deals

in Simpsonville, SC. Ginkgo Residential purchased the 120-unit Enclave at Fairview at 630 Fairview Rd from McCall Capital for $11M, and Garden District Realty Partners acquired the 223-unit Garden District Apartment Homes (pictured) at 100 Garden District Dr from Waypoint Residential for $22.6M.
