Every year, multifamily specialist Cortland Partners has a Commitment Day, where its team heads out to volunteer. Each office votes on whom to help, and in Charlotte they picked The Relatives, a system of resources that helps children, youth and young adults find stability and pathways to successful futures. Overall, Cortland helped nonprofits in five states, including food banks, homeless assistance organizations and animal rescues.
