Two new hotels are coming to Uptown Charlotte.

Tampa, Florida-based McKibbon Hospitality's dual-branded hotel will open in February, The Charlotte Observer reports. The AC Hotel and Residence Inn will total 300 rooms and feature retail and meeting space and a rooftop bar in the 22-story tower. McKibbon Hospitality is partnering with noted Asheville, North Carolina, chef and restaurateur Peter Pollay on the rooftop bar, which will be independently run and open to the public. High-rollers will be able to rent a 1,300 SF, two-bedroom “super suite” adjacent to the bar on the 22nd floor. The hotel will be at the EpiCentre, a sprawling, mixed-use entertainment complex in Uptown Charlotte.
