In three deals in which MPV Properties' Bailey Patrick repped the landlord, healthcare specialists renewed leases at three separate properties. Novant Health signed a 10-year renewal for 8,756 SF at 2610 West Arrowood Road, in Whitehall Professional Center, while at Airport Center, Carolinas HealthCare System renewed its leases for 44k SF at 5000 Airport Center Pkwy and 38k SF at 5025 Airport Center Pkwy.
The renewals point to strength in Charlotte’s airport submarket, the Charlotte Business Journal reports, with Belk Inc, Compass Group and MapAnything all inking deals there in H1 16. NAI Southern Real Estate's Michael Wiles repped Novant, while Lincoln Harris' Jubal Early repped Carolinas HealthCare in its transactions. [CBJ]
