Paine/Wetzel ONCOR-International's Edward Wabick  completed two leases at 2424 S. Wabash: Lifeline Ambulance  signed for 12.5k SF and chose the location for its proximity to both downtown and I-55.Benchmark Construction  signed for 6k-SF to replace its Elgin facility and for its proximity to an ambulance (kidding). Chicago Industrial Real Estate LLC's Matt Rogatz  represented the landlord,Wabash Properties LLC.
