A pharmacy is coming to the Seaport District. CVS has opened at Watermark Seaport (85 Seaport Blvd), taking more than 11k SF. “From the very early stages of development in the Seaport District, it was our top priority to bring a pharmacy to the area," says WS Development VP of leasing Brian Sciera.
Watermark Seaport offers 24k SF of street-level retail space developed by WS, and 346 residences developed by Skanska USA Commercial Development, in partnership with Twining Properties. WS will create over 1.2M SF of retail at Seaport, and transform over 12.5 acres of undeveloped land into various uses. CVS at Watermark Seaport is adjacent to a Shake Shack, which just opened in August, as well as Blue Hills Bank, YO! Sushi and the soon-to-open MiniLuxe.
