Record-Breaking Sales Of Boston Multimillion-Dollar Multifamily In '15

The sales of multimillion-dollar condos in Boston grew rapidly in 2015, coming in at 882 commanding $1M or more, up from 690 in '14. Moreover, 117 properties sold for more than $3M last year, a record number and up from 73 in '14. As recently as 2003, the number of $3M-plus sales was a relatively meager 16 units, Boston.com reports, saying this year might break records again after Millennium Tower opens. [Boston.com]
