| Outgoing prez Rebecca Mason of Caran Properties, in her last hurrah, presented the lifetime achievement AREW Founders' Award to two people this year, calling the women “unsung heroes,” who provided sincere effort, had intelligent direction, and did extraordinary things quietly.
