Nothing like starting the day after a holiday with a mega lease.Yesterday, we learned that OppenheimerFunds inked a new 15-year, 235k SF lease for its NY offices to remain at Two World Financial Center, taking the entire 11th, 12th, 14th, 16th, and a portion of the 10th floors, which it currently subleases. Congrats to Cushman & Wakefield’s Stuart Romanoff, Amy Fox, Robert Constable, and Maureen Kelly, who repped the tenant in its site search and lease negotiation, and owner Brookfield Office Properties, which was repped in-house by Jerry Larkin and Duncan McCuaig.
