Non-profit Building Impact, which brings volunteer opportunities to offices, hosted their second annual “Non-Gala” fundraiser Thursday. 150 community-minded professionals made fleece blankets for the homeless and assembled summer literacy kits for kids. Non-Gala honorees: ADD Inc., Avison Young, Forest City, Stantec, and longtime program partner National Development, repped by partner Ed Marsteiner (above with BI founder Kevin McCall, CEO of Paradigm Properties). Kevin recalls that when he launched BI, they hoped to sign up seven buildings. National Development signed up seven buildings in one day.
