Soaking Up The Rays In Brindleyplace

Brindleyplace in Birmingham is pitching for post-pandemic office requirements by making a virtue of vacant suites.

The owners of the office campus said it has 71K SF available on flexible terms for businesses that need to expand their floorspace to meet social distancing requirements. Government advice is to reduce the density of workspace.

The floorspace at the Hines UK scheme is in 3 Brindleyplace, Oozells and 4 Brindleyplace.

“The estate is capable of making space available for both existing and new office occupiers. Room to grow and expand with generous floorplates means that there is room for both existing and new office occupiers across the estate,” Brindleyplace's owners said in a statement.

“Space is available right now — one of only a few places in Birmingham city centre that is ready to receive new occupiers.”

Brindleyplace occupiers already include Avison Young, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest and Deloitte.
