BizSpace, which claims to be the U.K.’s largest provider of flexible workspace, is hunting for new sites in Coventry, Wolverhampton and the Birmingham suburbs as it steps up its presence in out-of-city-centre markets.

Backed by Värde Partners, BizSpace is rapidly expanding its flexible workspace proposition to key regional towns and cities throughout the U.K.

Providing flexible and affordable workspace, including offices, business centres, industrial workshops and storage space, BizSpace now has a total of 105 U.K.-wide properties, equating to more than 6M SF under ownership.

The expansion plans follow the acquisition of Zenith House in Solihull, purchased earlier this year for £4.6M. The 24K SF business centre has now been fully refurbished.

"We're really pleased with the Solihull office, which is already 20% let after only a few weeks," BizSpace Commercial Director Emma Long said. "In the Midlands we're looking at Coventry, mixed industrial/office, or just office space over 35K SF, and we'll look again at Wolverhampton. Maybe also one on the outskirts of Birmingham."
