Seawall Development Co has begun pre-leasing the 108 apartments at Remington Row and will be move-in ready in June. The developer is offering prospective renters a virtual reality tour of the one- and two-bedroom apartments with 3D glasses, The Baltimore Sun reports. Rents start at $1,175 per month for one-bedrooms and $1,600 per month for two-bedroom apartments. Amenities will include a fitness center, car wash station, lounge and first-floor retail. The $40M apartment, retail and office complex will house Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. R. House, a $12M food hall, will open one block away.
