First thing: Segall Group signed Cold Stone Creamery and Speech Pathways for a combined 4,000 SF at the recently built Shoppes at Meadow Creek, a 21k SF mixed-use development on Route 140. The center is adjacent to a 200-unit residential community that's sold out, with another 190 units under construction. |

Westminster's College Square Shopping Center is receiving two, which are open to the public, as part of owner Black Oak Associates?national plan to reduce energy consumption by 20% at its centers. |
